Chaque citoyen noir du monde contemporain devrait ressentir le poids du genou meurtrier du policier Derek Chauvin sur son cou. Chaque être humain qui se définit comme tel devrait aussi ressentir la pression du genou criminel de Derek Chauvin sur son cou.
Le supplice de la suffocation (mort lente et atroce) a toujours été la méthode préférée de ceux qui depuis des siècles mettent avec plaisir une corde au cou d’un homme noir pour le lyncher comme dans l’Amérique des 19ème et 20ème siècles, ou comme le font les policiers blancs américains modernes particulièrement portés sur le cou des Noirs.
L’expression « briser le cou », et surtout « briser le cou d’un Noir, » semble avoir été inventée pour eux et doit être profondément ancrée dans leur ADN historique forgée dans une profonde haine raciale anti-Noirs.
Une balle dans le dos d’un homme noir désarmé, un tir à bout portant contre un adolescent noir brandissant un jouet, un genou de la haine raciale posé avec détermination, les mains dans les poches, le regard serein, sur le cou d’un homme noir menotté, immobilisé, une partie du visage collé contre l’asphalte, tel est le visage que l’Amérique, championne des droits humains et héraut de la liberté, a présenté au monde récemment !
Ce visage est formaté par un passé et un présent douloureux pour les Africains-Américains. Pendaisons, amputations publiques et à la hache du pied de «l’esclave fuyard », voitures bélier sur des foules noires en marche pacifique, immolation au bucher, massacres dans des églises, assassinats des grands leaders comme Medgar Evers, Malcom Shabazz, Martin Luther King et tant d’autres, incarcération prolongée sous n’importe quel prétexte de millions de jeunes noirs pour les émasculer et briser leur désir d’avenir !
Quand est-ce que l’Humanité toute entière va enfin avoir le courage de crier haut et fort « Amérique, ÇA SUFFIT ! ».
Quand est-ce que l’humanité toute entière va-t-elle se lever pour mettre fin au massacre à huis-clos des « Noirs américains » par une puissance qu’ils ont construite par leur sang versé dans les plantations et par leur « sueur lourde » dans les usines de l’Amérique de l’industrialisation ! Et souvent « for free », c’est à dire sans rémunérations ou presque !
Quand est-ce que Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, la CPI, si promptes à dénoncer – avec raison – les graves violations des droits humains dans le monde et particulièrement en Afrique, vont-elles enfin ouvrir le dossier de l’Amérique et du traitement inique qu’elle réserve au quotidien à sa population africaine-américaine ?
Quand est-ce que les États africains, dans un élan panafricaniste sans précédent, vont-ils soumettre dans l’unité absolue (sans aucun défaillant) une motion spéciale à l’AG des Nations Unies contre le traitement inhumain, dégradant et les brutalités policières (à l’allure d’exécution publique filmée), régulièrement infligées aux Africains-Américains !
Saluons au passage la déclaration du président de la Commission de l’Union africaine ! Sa condamnation ferme de l’horrible assassinat raciste de George Floyd amène enfin l’UA à respecter son engagement de considérer tous les Afro-descendants comme étant « partie intégrante » du continent ou tout simplement « la 6ème région » comme le Sénégal l’avait proposé à l’Afrique.
Au nom du Mouvement Panafricain et Citoyen – LUY JOT JOTNA, nous lançons un appel pressant à tous les intellectuels, citoyens et organisations panafricanistes du continent et de la Diaspora à se faire entendre sur l’horrible assassinat de notre frère George Floyd.
Comme du temps de la lutte contre l’Apartheid en Afrique du Sud, notre Mouvement exhorte aussi les Etats, les partis politiques, mouvements citoyens, organisations de la société civile en Afrique à tendre la main à nos frères et sœurs Africains-Américains, Africains-Brésiliens, Africains-Caribéens, les minorités d’Afro-descendants en Europe et ailleurs pour construire une puissante Internationale Panafricaniste capable d’organiser notre peuple et de le défendre partout. Marcus Garvey avait en effet raison de dire qu’il n’y a qu’un seul peuple africain, « certains sont chez nous en Afrique, les autres dans la Diaspora ! »
Notre Parti demeure convaincu que seule la construction des États-Unis d’Afrique avec le droit d’adhésion garanti aux États et communautés d’Afro-descendants nous permettra d’enclencher la Renaissance africaine, de faire face aux autres puissances du monde et de défendre le statut de l’Afrique comme fille ainée de l’humanité, berceau et précurseur des civilisations humaines.
Que Dieu bénisse l’âme du George Floyd et de tous les autres martyrs du combat des Noirs pour la dignité et la rédemption ! C’est vrai que « BLACK LIVES MATTER ! »

Every black citizen of the contemporary world should feel the weight of the murderous policeman Derek Chauvin’s knee on his neck. Every human being who defines himself or herself as such should also feel the pressure of Derek Chauvin’s criminal knee on his or her neck.
The torture of suffocation (leading to a slow and excruciating death) has always been the preferred method of those who for centuries have happily put a rope around the neck of a black man to lynch him as it was the case in the 19th and 20th centuries’ America, or as do modern white American police officers particularly attracted by the necks of blacks.
The expression « breaking the neck », and especially « breaking the neck of a black man, » seems to have been coined for them and must be deeply rooted in their historical DNA, forged in deep racial anti-black hatred.
A bullet in the back of a disarmed black man, a close range shot against a black teenager brandishing a toy, a knee of racial hatred posed with determination, hands in pockets, serene gaze, on the neck of a black man handcuffed, immobilized, part of his face pressed against the asphalt, this is the face that America, champion of human rights and herald of freedom, presented to the world recently !
This face is formatted by a painful past and present for African-Americans. Hangings, public and ax amputations of the foot of the « fleeing slave », ramming cars on black crowds in peaceful march, immolation at the stake, massacres in churches, assassinations of great leaders like Medgar Evers, Malcom Shabazz, Martin Luther King and so many others, prolonged incarceration under any pretext of millions of young blacks to emasculate them and break their desire for the future !
When is all of humanity finally going to have the courage to shout loud and clear « America, IT’S ENOUGH ! «
When will all of humanity rise to end the closed-door massacre of « black Americans » by a super power they have built by their bloodshed on the plantations and by their » ‘heavy sweat’ in America’s factories during industrialization ! And often « for free », that is to say without remuneration or almost !
When Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the ICC, so quick to report – with good reason – serious human rights violations in the world and particularly in Africa, will they finally open an official inquiry on America and the unfair treatment that it reserves daily for its African-American population ?
When will the African states, in an unprecedented pan-African move, submit in absolute unity (without any defaulter) a special motion to the United Nations GA against inhuman, degrading treatment and police brutality such as filmed public execution regularly inflicted on African-Americans !
Let us welcome the Declaration of the president of the Commission of the African Union ! Its firm condemnation of the horrible racist assassination of George Floyd finally leads the AU to respect its commitment to consider all Afro-descendants as being « integral part » of the continent or quite simply « the 6th region » as Senegal had proposed to Africa.
On behalf of the Pan-African Citizen Movement – LUY JOT JOTNA, we urgently appeal to all Pan-African intellectuals, citizens and organizations on the continent and in the Diaspora to be heard on the horrific assassination of our brother George Floyd.
As in the time of the fight against Apartheid in South Africa, our Movement also urges states, political parties, citizen movements, civil society organizations in Africa to reach out to our African American brothers and sisters, African – Brazilians, African -Caribbeans, Afro-descendants minorities in Europe and elsewhere to build a powerful “Pan-Africanist International Movement”, capable of organizing our people and defending them everywhere. Marcus Garvey was indeed right to say that African people are ONE people : « some of us are at home in Africa, the others in the Diaspora ! «
Our Party remains convinced that only the construction of the United States of Africa with the right of membership guaranteed to the States and communities of Afro-descendants will allow us to start the African Renaissance, to face the other powers of the world and to defend the status of Africa as the eldest daughter of humanity, the cradle and forerunner of human civilizations.
May God bless the soul of George Floyd and all the other martyrs in the fight for black people’s Dignity and Redemption! It is true that « BLACK LIVES MATTER! «
